In my daydreams (the ones where I win the lottery) I always picture myself hiring a personal trainer, a health & nutrition
coach, and a life coach too.

When I heard of Michelle Barbuto's T-Tapp YOU course it sounded exactly like my dream (without winning the lottery).  
I had to wait because the course filled up immediately-and it sure was worth the wait.

Michelle create a fitness plan tailored specifically to my abilities, schedule & lifestyle, and coached me every step of
the way.

I loved the online classes, with daily e-mails that covered not only physical fitness, but nutrition and lifestyle too. These
e-mails, plus the discussion boards provided personal motivation and guidance to me throughout the course. Michelle
was available to me to answer every question large or small, she even 'listened' to my occasional 'rant'.
(& still had useful advice for me!).

All this & losing inches, too!

I was truly thrilled when the chance came to participate in Michelle's SUPERSLOW class.  This time I did not hesitate &
signed up immediately.
I have received the same unfailing personal attention to all my needs, and it has been uncanny how often that when I
have a question, before I even get to ask-the next e-mail will be about the very topic!

With the knowledge  & support I have gained in all areas from fitness, motivation, mindset, nutrition & lifestyle from
Michelle's daily e-mails, and the discussion boards, I feel I have graduated from University with an honors degree in
ME.

I think this is something every woman should do for herself first and those she cares about second, for in caring for
ourselves, we then have something positive to pass on.

I participated in Michelle’s very first T-Tapp You class.  I knew that she was a great trainer because I had attended a
few of her clinics before.  I also had the pleasure of being at the Safety Harbor retreat in 2005 with Michelle.  I wanted
to take her class because I wanted a deeper knowledge and understanding of the individual movements in T-Tapp & I
needed a little motivation to stay consistent with T-Tapp.  The workout schedules were wonderful; I didn’t have to think
about what workout I was going to do because it was all planned out for me already.  Half way threw the T-Tapp you
class we sent in measurements again & the tweaks that Michelle provided from looking at the measurements gave me
the little extra boost I needed to really see some inch loss! She even busted me on one of the extras I was supposed
to be doing but hadn’t been.  It was a fabulous experience, I started drinking more water, I gave up all sodas, and I
became consistent with brushing because of the class.

When I saw that Michelle was offering a T-Tapp You SuperSlow class, I just knew I had to take it.  I had been slacking
off of my workouts ever since we came back from our vacation in January & I needed to get back on track.  Before the
class even started we had homework.  Michelle had recommended two books to read for the class.  I would have
never picked these books up if it wasn’t for the class but I am so glad now that I have read them.  During the class
Michelle highlighted certain parts of the books & put it into very understandable language that the light bulb started
going off for me.   When you combine all the helpful tips that Michelle put together from the books with all the T-Tapp
tips I started to understand that I cannot just workout if I want to be healthy, everything works in tandem & I had to live
healthy also.

Before I started the SuperSlow class I had put inches back on.  Within the first month of the class I had lost 3 inches
off of my abs!  I am a short torso so my waist/abs/hip area has always been my most problematic.  I have had more
success in sculpting my torso area during this class than any other time that I have T-Tapped.  Each movement was
broken down so clearly with so much detail, form tips & don’ts that it was easy to transfer that knowledge into my
workouts.  I had numerous Aha moments during this class, not only from the E-Mails but from the other participants
who used Michelle’s online forum.  The forum was so nice to be able to chat with everyone & also to get discussions
going on topics that were important to me.  I have taken the wisdom shared with me from Michelle & the other gals
from the class, & incorporated in into my life.  I am eating cleaner, I am consistent with my workouts, I am sneaking in
T-Tapp into my everyday life & I love being me.  This class is not just about T-Tapp, it is a life class, we learned how
to be happy with whom we are & what we are.  I highly recommend any of Michelle’s classes.  If you can get to see her
in person that is fantastic, your body will be sore but it is well worth it.  The next best thing is to take one of her online
classes, you will learn so much & a wonderful benefit is that you will have a friend for life!

I was a participant of Michelle's T-Tapp You class in September of 2007.  I was looking to regain my consistency after
losing momentum to a cross country move and all that goes with starting a life in a new location.  I decided I would try
one of the online classes that was offered to see where that would take me.  The one thing that helped me most in
Michelle's class was that she tailored a month long workout plan to my needs and goals.  I found that just knowing
what I was supposed to do for the day really helped me mentally commit to accomplishing it.  I liked getting the daily
emails so that T-Tapp was at the forefront of my mind when I planned out my days.  Plus, I actually learned alot about
the nuances of each move in the workout.  I really enjoyed communicating with Michelle and the other T-Tapp You
participants on our special forum.  It's nice to talk to people in a more personal setting  so we can learn from each
other's questions and experiences.

When I saw Michelle's post for the new T-Tapp You Super Slow online class I was again intrigued.  I liked the idea of
continuing what I had with the original class but for another 2 months.  I was doing pretty good on my own but I felt the
extended time with the class would help strengthen my resolve to keep exercising.  Michelle was also offering a video
critique which I had never done before.  There is nothing like watching yourself on video to make you face the reality
of how your form really is compared to what you think you look like.  Michelle's feedback was eye opening and very
helpful because I now had something specific to work on that would help kick things up a notch.  I really feel I've made
great strides on my consistency and personal motivation.  It's nice when you see results physically but it's even better
when you just feel better about yourself and what you can accomplish if you set your mind to it.  Michelle has provided
us with tons of information on nutrition as well.  It's nice to be able to take the bits of pieces of what she provides and
work it into your own life.  The class provides you with all the tools but ultimately it is up to you to use them.  I would
highly recommend anyone who is looking for some extra knowledge or more support to try Michelle's class.  It will
definitely set you up for sucess.
