Maximize each movement by resetting your alignment before each
move. Yes, I mean before each move make sure that your (beginner
stance)

  1. Toes are forward,
  2. Knees are bent deep to the end of toes (so you can get a better butt
    tuck)
  3. Tuck your butt and press your lower back flat
  4. Inhale and lift the ribs up (but don’t hunch up the shoulders, lower
    them as you exhale)
  5. Press knees to little toes
  6. Flip those thumbs to the back wall (palms away) for shoulder/hip
    alignment and rotation
  7. Now tighten every muscle in your body from your toe to your nose!

Do this before EVERY movement to maximize the movement. Really
concentrating on form is a basic for a better body the T-Tapp way.
